With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry, I started Cherry's Automotive Repairs with one simple goal: to deliver honest, reliable, and high-quality service to our community.
From routine maintenance to complex repairs, I take pride in getting the job done right the first time. I’ve always had a passion for learning, especially when it comes to new automotive technology and 12-volt setups—there’s nothing better than combining old-fashioned service with modern solutions.

Ian – Workshop Legend & Classic Car Specialist
With 50 years of hands-on experience, Ian brings unmatched expertise to every job. A seasoned mechanic who spent his spare time working on speedway cars, he has a serious soft spot for muscle cars and vintage classics—roll one into the shop and you’ll see him go weak in the knees.
Ian has also spent years mastering computer diagnostics, always digging deeper to find not just the problem, but the reason behind it. He believes in fixing things right the first time—and making sure they stay fixed. His passion, precision, and relentless curiosity make him an irreplaceable part of the team.
Scarlett – Workshop Dog & Chief Happiness Officer
Scarlett is more than just our workshop dog—she's the official greeter, morale booster, and everyone's favorite coworker. Her favorite pastime?
Meeting every customer at the door with a wagging tail and her trusty ball in mouth, absolutely convinced that every visitor is there just to play with her. When she’s not trying to start an impromptu game of fetch, you’ll find her on the back step, overseeing the workshop with quiet confidence and the occasional nap.
