- The inspection report covers a comprehensive assessment of the vehicles condition based on visual examination and basic operational tests. It does not include dismantling or specialized testing.
- The report is based on the vehicles condition at the time of inspection and does not guarantee future performance of condition.
2. Independent inspection:
- The inspection is conducted by an independent inspector, and the findings represent their professional opinion based on their expertise and observations.
- We do not have any affiliation with the seller or dealership of the vehicle being inspected, ensuring unbiased reporting.
3. Limitations:
- The inspection report is limited to what is reasonably accessible and visible during the inspection process. Hidden defects or issues may not be identified.
- Components that are not part of the standard inspection procedure may not be examined unless specifically requested and agreed upon prior to the inspection.
- If the vehicle is dirty during the inspection, it can affect the inspector’s ability to thoroughly examine certain components and may impact the accuracy of the inspection report.
- The vehicle inspection is conducted in an area with speed limits capped at 80km/h, it may impose certain limitations on the assessment, particularly regarding the vehicle’s performance at higher speeds.
4. Liability:

5. Parts and accessories:

The inspector will document the vehicle’s condition based on its state at the time of inspection. However, the buyer acknowledges that the owner or seller may remove or relocate parts and accessories subsequently to the inspection, which may not be reflected in the report. Therefore, it is recommended that the buyer carefully inspects the vehicle upon delivery to ensure that it meets their expectations and matches the description provided in the inspection report. The inspector shall not be held liable for any discrepancies arising from th changes made to the vehicle’s configuration after the inspection.
6. Confidentiality:
- All information gathered during the inspection process, including personal details of the buyer and seller, as well as the vehicle’s VIN, will be kept confidential and used for the purpose of the inspection report.
7. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes regarding the inspection report must be raised within a reasonable timeframe after the report has been delivered.
- We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably and in a timely manner through negotiation and mediation.
